Nadine is the Head of Distribution & Partnerships at Margarita Finance / Obligate, a pioneering on-chain structured product and private market platform regulated in Switzerland. She plays a key role in driving blockchain adoption and bridging TradFi with DeFi, offering a secure, transparent, and efficient platform for issuing, trading, and managing structured products and debt instruments on the blockchain.

With key roles at BlackRock and UBS, Nadine has always been at the forefront of innovation in TradFi, from creating customized solutions for institutional clients and forging strategic partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to building market presence in Asia.

Before her current role, Nadine led the Investor Solutions department at 360X, a leading security token marketplace for illiquid asset classes like music, art, and real estate, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
