Arno is an expert in Corporate Venturing and Strategy Execution, specializing in Blockchain, Digital Assets, and Web3. He is the co-founder and Chair of the DEC Institute, a leading global professional society and certification authority dedicated to advancing professional standards in decentralized technologies. Arno currently supports Layer 1s all around Strategy and previously led the corporate development for a $30 million industry-backed marketplace focused on tokenizing and trading of RWAs. Before that, he served as a Corporate Development Manager for Swisscom Blockchain AG.

Arno began his career in digital strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte, sharpening his blockchain expertise with Deloitte’s EMEA Blockchain Lab in Dublin in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florence and a Master of Science in Management & Strategy from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. Arno is married and a proud father to his daughter.
